Dr. Miller is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.
He is American and Canadian board certified as a cardiologist and internist.

He received his MD from Western University, completed a residency in internal Medicine at McMaster University and completed a cardiology fellowship at University of Toronto

He completed a fellowship in advanced cardiac imaging at the University of Toronto.  He is board certified in echocardiography, cardiac CT, Cardiac MRI, Nuclear Cardiology.

He works out of Scarborough General, Sunnybrook and Mackenzie Health hospitals.

Dr. Waseem Hindieh

Dr. Hindieh is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

He is American and Canadian board certified as a cardiologist and internist.

He received his MD from McGill University, did a residency in internal medicine at  McGill University and completed a cardiology fellowship at McGill University.

He is currently persuing a  Fellowship in Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy at the Toronto General Hospital.

Dr. Mehrdad Golian

Dr. Golian is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

He is American and Canadian board certified as a cardiologist and internist.

He received his MD from the University of Manitoba, did a residency in internal medicine at the University of Manitoba and completed a cardiology fellowship at University of Manitoba

He is currently completing a fellowship in Electrophysiology at the University of Toronto, Saint Michael's Hospital

Dr. Edwin Ho

Dr. Ho  is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

He completed his MD, Internal Medicine residency, Cardiology Fellowship and Echocardiography/Interventional Echocardiography/Valvular Heart Disease Fellowship at the University of Toronto. 

He is level 3 certified in Echocardiography.

Dr. Katherine Connolly

Dr Connolly is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC), certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

She completed her MD at the University of Toronto and her Internal Medicine residency training at McMaster University.

She completed her Cardiology residency training at the University of Toronto.

She is certified in Echocardiography and Stress Echocardiography.

She is completing additional training in Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation at the University Health Network. 

Dr. Mark Chandy

Dr. Chandy is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

He completed medical school at Pennsylvania State University, residency in Internal Medicine at the University of British Columbia, Cardiology fellowship at the University of Toronto and echocardiography fellowship at St Michael’s Hospital at the University of Toronto.

He is board certified in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.

He is accepting referrals in general cardiology.

Dr. Syed Samir Najib

Dr Najib is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

He is American and Canadian board certified as a cardiologist and internist.

He received his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at Gulf Medical University in Ajman, Dubai. He relocated to Cleveland, Ohio to complete his residency in Internal medicine at Cleveland Clinic’s Fairview Hospital, before moving to Kingston, Ontario to complete his residency in Cardiology at Queen’s University.

Dr Najib is particularly interested in primary prevention and coronary artery disease.

He works out of Toronto East General hospital.

 

Dr. Kostas Ioannou

Dr. Kostas Ioannou is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC), certified in both Cardiology and Internal Medicine. He is also American Board (ABIM) certified in both specialities. He completed his MD as well as Internal Medicine residency training at McMaster University. He subsequently completed his Cardiology Fellowship at the University of British Columbia. He is certified in Echocardiography.

He welcomes general cardiology referrals.

Interests include ischemic, valvular and arrhythmic heart disease.

Dr. Gul Sheikh

Dr Sheikh  is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC), certified in Internal Medicine. He is also a fellow of Royal College of Physicians in Edinburgh, UK.

He has additional training and expertise in cardiology.

Dr. Arastoo Mokhtari

Dr. Mokhtari is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC), certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He is also American Board (ABIM) certified in Internal Medicine.

He received his MD from Tehran University and completed his Internal Medicine and Cardiology training at McMaster University.

Dr. Mokhtari is further subspecialized in Advanced Echocardiography and Cardio-Oncology.

He is an Assistant Clinical Professor with division of Cardiology at McMaster University and is affiliated with William Osler Health System (Etobicoke General Hospital, Brampton Civic Hospital) as staff cardiologist. He has a clinical interest in structural/valvular heart disease and heart conditions in patients suffering from cancer (Cardio-Oncology).

Dr. Mokhtari welcomes general cardiology consults and speaks in English and Persian.

Dr. Paul Angaran

Dr. Angaran is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology with further specialization in Cardiac Electrophysiology.

He completed medical school, Internal Medicine and Cardiology residency at the University of Toronto and then went on to complete a Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship at the University of Western Ontario.

His clinical interests include arrhythmia management, with a focus on catheter ablation, inherited arrhythmias and device management. His research interests include clinical outcomes of patients with atrial fibrillation and implantable cardioverter defibrillators. He is currently accepting referrals in electrophysiology and arrhythmias.

Dr. Janine Eckstein

Dr. Eckstein is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

She completed medical school, Internal Medicine and Cardiology residency at the University of Saskatchewan. She is currently undertaking additional training in Interventional Cardiology at Saint Michael's Hospital.

Dr. Atoosa Enzevaei

Dr. Enzevaei is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) in both Internal Medicine and Critical Care.

She completed medical school at Ahvaz University, Iran.  She completed  internal medicine residency followed by subspecialty training in Cardiology from Tehran University, Iran.

She  completed additional training in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine at Queen’s University and University of Western Ontario.  

She is American and Canadian Board certified in Internal Medicine and Critical Care. She is  board certified in echocardiography.

She is currently working at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, Ontario.

Dr. Gera Kisselman

Dr. Kisselman is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC), certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. 

He completed his MD at McMaster University, Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine and his Internal Medicine residency training at the University of Toronto. He completed additional cardiology training at McMaster University.

Dr. Pranavan Sinmayanandan

Dr. Sinmayanandan is certified in Internal Medicine in Ontario and with the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)

He obtained his M.D. Degree from the AUC School of Medicine (Netherland Antilles). He completed his undergraduate studies at McMaster University and Internal Medicine residency training at Drexel University College of Medicine. 

He has worked at recognized institutions including Hahnemann University Hospital, Abington Memorial Hospital, Kaiser Permanente (Roseville and South San Francisco Medical Centre), Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation (Juravinski Cancer Hospital).

In addition to his clinical interest in Internal Medicine, Dr. Sinmayanandan also has a passion for preventative medicine particularly in lifestyle medicine and how it can significantly improve one’s health. Dr. Ali Almhri

Dr. Almhri is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

He received his MD from Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi. Relocated to Canada and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at McGill University and then completed a cardiology fellowship at the University of Toronto.

He is currently completing a fellowship in electrophysiology and combined cardio-oncology/HF at McMaster University.

Dr. Richard Jeyaranjan

Dr. Jeyaranjan arrived in Canada as a Commonwealth Scholar. After completing his PhD in Exercise Physiology at the University of Toronto, he underwent clinical training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology in the US. He returned to Canada and completed his final year of such training at McMaster University.

He is certified by American Board of Internal Medicine and a fellow of Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

His office-based practice focuses on Preventive and Diagnostic Cardiology.
